GetSetGetFit is operated by Coach Arun (referred to as "we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal data and being transparent about how we use it. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
1. Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you actively provide it through our website forms:

Health data notice: Height, weight, injuries, and medical conditions are sensitive personal data. Providing this information is always optional. When you do, it is used solely to personalise your coaching programme and is never shared with third parties.
We do not collect data through cookies, analytics trackers, or passive browsing behaviour beyond standard server logs (IP address, browser type) retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
2. Why We Collect It (Purpose)
- Enquiry & lead forms — to contact you about coaching programmes and schedule consultations.
- Quiz — to generate a personalised programme recommendation for you.
- Intake form — to prepare a tailored assessment before your first session.
- Newsletter — to send you weekly fitness and nutrition content. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter email.
We process your data only for the purpose stated at the time of collection. We will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
3. Who Sees Your Data
Your personal data is accessible only to Coach Arun. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties, advertisers, or data brokers.
The only exception is email delivery: if you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is used to send you emails via our SMTP provider (currently Gmail). That provider processes your email address only to deliver the email and does not retain or use it independently.
4. How Long We Keep It
- Active clients — data is retained for the duration of your coaching relationship and for up to 1 year after it ends.
- Enquiries & leads — retained for up to 2 years to allow follow-up, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe.
5. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data. We will do so within 30 days unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
- Withdraw consent — withdraw your consent for us to use your data at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
- Grievance — raise a complaint about how your data is handled.

6. Data Security
Your data is stored on a secured server with access controls. Passwords are stored using industry-standard scrypt hashing. We do not store payment information — no transactions occur on this website.
While we take reasonable precautions, no internet transmission is 100% secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.
7. Children
Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
